I will not compromise the integrity of our Neighborhoods and will only pursue developments that are consistent with <strong><i>The Royal Oak Master Plan</i></strong>. Royal Oak residents in both our downtown neighborhoods and our surrounding neighborhoods can expect to experience the leadership of someone who approves projects <strong>ONLY if they preserve and enhance our existing neighborhoods</strong>.  The projects MUST offer balanced uses and MUST be <strong>COMPATIBLE</strong> with our adjacent residential neighborhoods. <br/><br/> 
Today, we have over 50 parks, over 57 acres of nature preserves, 2 nine hole golf courses, and an enclosed dog park. I am committed to preserving each and every park for our residents.
